I am on day 4 of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and it is kicking my ass! It takes me forever to cool down afterward. It is so much harder then her 30 Day Shred. I can do the 30 day shed (but never all 30 days) just fine, but this kicks my ass really bad. I am in such bad shape and my core is super weak. I am only on week one and I already feel like dying. Another day or so and I will start level 2! I might die. I took a "before" picture before I started, hopefully my after picture is way better.I might post it if I get good result. Let see if I can even keep up with ll 30 days first.

Way to go for doing it! I am about to start the 30 day shred. I hadn't heard about ripped. i'll plan to do that one next! Keep it up girl!

Have you tried Power90? That one is easier on you and I really think it's for beginner. The only downside is that it takes 90 days. LOL
