OPI Jade is the New Black

I am not totally loving the colour but hopefully I will grow to love it. It's really pretty but I wish it was more "Jade" then it is now.

DIY Hair Colouring Tips

I am finally going back to my "normal" hair colour!

What do you think?

9 TIP OF HOME HAIR COLOURING

1. Put Vaseline on you hair line (or just do a Vaseline mask), ears, and neck to avoid staining the skin.

2. Clean up any spill color(on skin and surface) as soon as possible.

3. For long hair, make sure you have an extra box handy just in case the first box is not enough.

4. Put down newspaper to cover area you are standing and the counter surface.

5. For a "natural" colour, go up to 3 shades darker or lighter.

6. Make sure you do a hair test to see the true colour of the hair dye.

7. Wait at least a full day before shampooing.

8. When chosing between 2 silmilr shade go lighter, most people will complain about it being too dark but not too light.

9. For hard to dye asain hair, japanese hair dye works better as it is meant for asain hair.

Essie Funny Face

Finally found my Rebel XT, don't the pictures look great? :)
Just got Essie Funny Face not too long ago but haven't had the chance to try it out. The colour reminds me of Barbie for some reason. Wore this all day for Valentine's day and it was just so perfect!

Because you can never have enough Polish

Olympic Blues

Am I the only one living in the Vancouver area who is not looking forward/not interested in the Olympics? I am not looking forward to the 2 hour wait to get on a bus/sky train or the large amount of people everywhere. If anyone has every looked into the trends of the Olympics they would notice that almost all the places that every held the Olympics is still in debt. Is that really a good idea considering the economy? I didn't even realized that the Olympics games start this Friday. It's going to be a pain to get on transit. At least the good thing (at least of me) is that the housing market will go downward (trend of Olympics). So not looking forward to next week! :p

Trip to LA

I am planning to go to LA with my girlfriend D in April and I just realize how much stuff I don't have. I use to own a backpack/luggage case when I went to Europe 3 years age but that got trash when I moved. I am hopefully going to borrow one from someone. I hate planning a trip and this one is no difference, I just spend most of last night looking into renting a car. According to any major car rental place in the US, I am too young to rent a car or they charge me an extra $50 per day just because I am under 25. It's really unfair! It would cost me close to $800 to rent a car in LA. Anyone got any suggestion? We were hopping to hit up Disneyland too but without a car it's close to imposable (3 hours by transit). Sigh!

Random Hual and Polish

I just love Diaso, they got the coolest Japanese items for dirt cheap. I always pick up a bunch of stuff every time I go there. Best cheap fake eyelashes for $2.

OPI Lucky Luck Lavender, OPI Bling Dynasty, Essie Mesmerize
I am in love with the new Hong Kong collection. All the colours are just so pretty, can't wait to collect them all.

Sally Hanson's Hard as nail Xtreme wear in First Blush
The polish itself is a beautiful colour but it took me 3 coats to make it not transparent. I also find the colour don't seems to go on too smooth and I find little bubbles under the polish when it was dry.

OPI Lucky Luck Lavender
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this colour! It's more pink indoor and more purple out door but either way the colour was just too nice to pass up.
