Highschool type dramas

********LONG RANT ABOUT WORK********

I find that the younger the girls I work with the more drama they seems to cause in a work place. I had plan to take 6 courses for the next semester and had mention to my co-worker I will have to cut hours or quit one of my jobs (I have 2 jobs). So a couple of weeks ago 'C' had asked me if I still wanted the same shift and had asked if I was willing to give up one of my shift for 'K' (I only work 2 shifts), and I had told her I'll think about it. I told her 2 weeks ago no and that I would be keeping both of my shift. 'K' was upset about my decision.

This morning a text message from 'C' woke me up. The problem was that the text was not intend for me to read, it was for her boyfriend. I would not had been such a problem if she had not just woke me up with a text complaining about me. The text in short was about me quiting (which was no happening to began with) and the fact that I can not cash out (FYI: I have work at the store for about 3 years on and off). She I returned her text by telling her I have no intention to quit and that the owner himself taught me how to close. 'C' text me back telling me that she was sorry and it just not for me to read. She also text me saying that cash out is different between the store. So I replied her by saying I will mention I need retraining on closing with the other owner (1st owner's wife), and went back to sleep not thinking much. When I went to work to day the owner's wife calls me up to see if I was OK. No knowing what had happen in the store, she asked if 'C' had apologies to me.

FYI: I never intent to say anything to the owners and did except her apology over text.

It was only after that I found out 'C' had came into the store crying and confessing to the owner's wife what had happen between us. 'C' later on also yelled at the owner's wife when she try to fix the shift problem by saying that 'C' and 'K' (good friends with 'c') alternate the Thursday shift ('C's shift). She blew up by saying it was not fair to her and that I should be the one having to alternate the shift with 'K'. The owner's wife said no, then told her she is going to fire her for making drama over one shift and cause problem if she does not apologise to me.

In short I find that young girls ('C' and 'K' are both 19) tend to cause so much drama. If 'C' never said anything her job would not be in jeopardy and be almost fire today. I love working with the older girls cause the drama is never there, just maturity. I really can't remember being that dramatic when I was their age or maybe I was just more adult about things.
