Always so late on posting. :p Meal prep for last week.


 Meal 1:
 Ground turkey with cucumbers
Carrots and asparagus
White rice mix with quinoa
Meal 2:
Lentils with spinach
Egg
White rice mix with quinoa

Snacks: 
Mandarin oranges

Meal Prep for the week


Something I have been doing a while since my son was born is meal prepping. I only meal prep lunch as that is the meal I seems to eat the most junk food in. Most of the time I just forget to eat lunch if some thing is not prepared ahead of time. This is also great as I also make my husbands lunches for the week at the same time. I meal prep every Sunday and I make 10 lunches altogether. Two different type. I change it up weekly.

Meal 1:
Chicken tofu
Brussels Sprout and Carrots
Wild Brown rice

Meal 2:
Salmon
Green Beans
Wild Brown rice 

Snack:
Apples
