Something I have been doing a while since my son was born is meal prepping. I only meal prep lunch as that is the meal I seems to eat the most junk food in. Most of the time I just forget to eat lunch if some thing is not prepared ahead of time. This is also great as I also make my husbands lunches for the week at the same time. I meal prep every Sunday and I make 10 lunches altogether. Two different type. I change it up weekly.
